Shipping Availability

We currently ship orders within the United States only.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on your order and displayed at checkout. The shipping amount shown at checkout is the amount you will be charged for shipping.

Preorders

Many Kaleo Legends products are offered for preorder before they are available to ship. The estimated shipping timeframe for each preorder product will be displayed on the product page at the time you place your order.

Shipping timeframes are estimates and may change due to manufacturing, transportation, or other circumstances. If there is a significant change to the estimated shipping timeframe, we will notify affected customers and provide updated information. When required, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund.

Shipping Notifications

When your order is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
